We are in the height of Yellowtail season in Struisbaai, and we have been catching on a daily basis.  Waters are warm and full of life; the town is a hive of boats and activity.  We hope for this to continue until the end of February.

The brief spawning the oysters we had at the end of December is over and we expect to have a consistent supply of oyster for the remainder of summer.

Fresh Tuna is still eluding us, but traditionally only returns to our shores in March.  Our frozen sushi block is a great alternative when there is not fresh about.

Our introduction of fresh Norwegian Salmon has been well received and is in stock.  In an effort to assist our environment Greenfish has committed to plant one tree for every 10 salmon fillets boxes sold.
