At Greenfish we aim to provide our customers with only the best quality, efficient and speedy delivery of seafood available.
Our promise is to give you a great seafood experience.
Should we not live up your expectation please let us know and we will do everything reasonably possible to rectify.

Ensure address and contact details are correct.
Ensure you are aware of what you have purchased and quantities, special requests should be included on the order in the notes section in your shopping cart.

Deliveries

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.
No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Orders placed before 11am will be delivered the same day. Order after 11am and delivery is made the following day.

Every attempt will be made by Greenfish to have your order delivered before 5pm.
We endevour for same deliveries where-ever possible.
Please inspect your order on receiving it and if what you ordered is not what you received or is damaged or defective, contact Greenfish within 4 hours of receiving so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Collections

Collections take place Monday to Fridays from 11am - 5pm.

Orders placed online before 11am will be ready to collect from 12h00 to 5pm each day Monday to Friday.Orders placed online after 11am will be made ready for collection the following day from 12h00 to 5pm each day Monday to Friday.

Should you place your order after 11am and need it that day, or need to collect before 11am (Monday to Friday) please contact our office 063 666 2802 and we will get it ready for you, it normally takes us an hour to cut and prepare.

Greenfish factory is located in N'Dabeni (Maitland) off Berkley Road turn into Ryger Road.  Drive +-300m and the road will bend sharply to the left.  We are situated  in the bend in a complex called Berkley Square.  Ask security for Greenfish Collections.  Please park outside the home collection door and ring bell.  It is well signage. Please park right outside the door.  

Promo codes

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Promo codes have an expiry date. Usually 1 day, 14 days or 30 days depending on the promotion. 

Special requests

Requests can be made in the note section in the checkout cart when ordering online.

Requests for our fresh products are possible. Cutting portions, vacuum packing fillets or steaks individually to shucking Oysters and cleaning Abalone. We do not debeard our fresh mussels.

Requests for our frozen products are not always possible due to the products prepackaged and frozen to suit most households. But every effort will be taken with in reason to fulfill the clients request.

If your order is time sensitive please let us know and allow us enough time to arrange delivery or contact us prior to making your order to confirm that it is possible to meet your time requirement.


Food Safety

With almost 20 years of trading and processing and as a registered fish processing establishment with the department and registered company we have systems in place to look after the entire process from hook, through processing, and delivery to your place.  With the recent COVID 19 we are upgrading our facilities Codex Alimentarius HACCP principles to make it safer for all.

Returns

If we have delivered an incorrect, faulty or expired item to you, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item, at our cost, as quickly as possible.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items delivered are exactly those ordered.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not possible, unless it is a case of an item being delivered incorrectly.

We cannot accept returns on sale its or gift cards or when a promo code has been used.

Conditions for returns:
Live products: 4 hours after delivery
Fresh products: 4 hours after delivery
Super frozen products: 4 hours after delivery
Frozen -18’C products: 4 hours after delivery
Dry goods: 7 days of purchase – Oyster knife unused and sushi kit unopened,
Gift cards – non refundable.

A promo code will be issued by Greenfish to the value of the returned item to be used with your next order.

Refunds

No refunds on products supplied correctly.

Greenfish will provide a promo code for the next purchase to the value of returned items or reverse your transaction.

If you choose refund please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the reversal and for it to reflect in your account.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received please contact Greenfish right away. Greenfish will evaluate the product and either exchange the product at no cost to you or if that is not possible then you will receive a promo code or refund to the value of the product.
