Crystal blue waters and adventure followed us last week as we headed out into the deep off Hout Bay in search of BIG tuna... and we found them. A record catch on board our boat of a single fish tipping the scales at 132 kg. This Big Eye tuna was landed on a rod and reel by a single angler. Winter is on its way and the load shedding blues are in the air.   But don’t worry we have some creative ways to use your tuna sushi block come rain or electricity.   Here are four delicious ideas:   1. The colder mornings and the mix of fish coming out is an indication that our seasons are changing and winter is coming. The weather gaps to fish are becoming less and more unpredictable as the NW wind is starting to show.  We have seen some silverfish, yellowtail, kob, and some red fish over the last week and expect these catches to start increasing as we move on into winter.
