Refunds
No refunds on products supplied correctly.
Greenfish will provide a promo code for the next purchase to the value of returned items or reverse your transaction.
If you choose refund please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the reversal and for it to reflect in your account.
Returns
If we have delivered an incorrect, faulty or expired item to you, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item, at our cost, as quickly as possible.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items delivered are exactly those ordered.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not possible, unless it is a case of an item being delivered incorrectly.
We cannot accept returns on sale its or gift cards or when a promo code has been used.
Conditions for returns:
Live products: 4 hours after delivery
Fresh products: 4 hours after delivery
Super frozen products: 4 hours after delivery
Frozen -18’C products: 4 hours after delivery
Dry goods: 7 days of purchase – Oyster knife unused and sushi kit unopened,
Gift cards – non refundable.
A promo code will be issued by Greenfish to the value of the returned item to be used with your next order.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received please contact Greenfish right away. Greenfish will evaluate the product and either exchange the product at no cost to you or if that is not possible then you will receive a promo code or refund to the value of the product.
