Dorado Premium Portions
Dorado goes by a number of names, Mahi-Mahi and Dolphin fish to name two. Dorado is a fast growing fish and can be caught in almost every ocean. It is a sought after sport fish by fisherman around the world. When cooked it is a firm, lean white meat with large flakes.

Second time ordering these. Delicious, fresh and so juicy! The service is also impeccable. Made them with a garlic, mango, chilli, parsley, lemon and olive oil marinade.

This was this my first order with Green Fish and when the package arrived I was blown away with how well packaged the it was and still properly frozen. I asked for the steaks to be wrapped individually and so they were. What’s most important however is that the fish is of great quality and super fresh. I will be ordering again soon!

Thanks for the great service Green Fish. Placed my order at 7pm. Received it the next day at 3pm (with great tracking info in between) and the dorado fillets were grilled at 7pm that night. Let us know when the monk fish tail is back in stock. :-)
